Hello, I am trying to rebuild gnome-speech so I can use ibmtts viavoice.
I am following the sinstructions at

When I start building gnome-speech I do the command ./autogen.sh, I get an
error on line 10, it says gnome-autogen

The Java Access bridge is only needed if you want access to Java apps.
You don't need it for basic access to Gnome.

Not sure why you couldn't access the installer file, I was able to download
it fine here last evening.
I think the difference is that the file that is just a tar will allow you to
try Bon Echo by letting you extract it to any folder, at which point you can
run it from there, whe
