Just so there is no confusion here. You can not force 2FA on either CE
or EE from my understanding. Which is what this thread was created for.

Thanks for the documentation link, I can enable 2FA however I need to
enforce the use of 2FA down to all users and not just have it as a
option for users to enable if they want. This is a business requirement
for this project just wondering if its currently possible.
