Both GitLab CE and CI that I use personally are installed from source in a
Ubuntu 14.04. I want to move then to the omnibus or the apt-get repository,
with all the data from the current installation. I also want to keep the
port in NginX that I use for CE and CI (first is 8000 and the other is
