I was just playing around with disabling `codehilite` and just allowing the
`highlight.js` tool to do the code formatting. That does give better python
rendering. It seems like the

One thing I noticed that I am not sure if there is any way to fix is that
the python examples are not really rendered with text highlighting, etc:
