When --patch or pathspecs are passed to git checkout, the working tree
will not be switching branch, so there's no need to check if the branch
that we are running checkout on is already checked out.

I think it would be useful if git-quiltimport.sh recognized a flag to
tell it to add a "QuiltFilename:" or "PatchFilename:" trailer to each
imported commit, which would show the filename of the patch that that
commit was imported from.
