Whenever I start Gimp v2.6.8 then automatically a new folder "gegl-0.0" for plug-ins is created in my directory D:\data After deletion and restart it is re-created. I want to keep this D:\data folder clean because it is reserved for other purposes. How can I avoid the creation of this folder?

Currently when I move the main window of Gimp (under WinXP) then the two small windows at the side "Toolbox" and "Layer,Channel..." stay at their places on the desktop. Is there a way to define them as "docked". In other words: Whenever the main window is moved they should be moved as well. Simil
