Nope, I have never used GIMP on Windows! I only said "now" randomly. I
think I was just letting know what OS I was using so no one had to
ask. So originally in the developmental releases, the developers just
had it checked in gnome to be always on top, and the ontop feature
wasn't something intrins

7th Annual Southern California Linux Expo. The show will be held
February 20th-22nd, 2009 at the Westin LAX in Los Angeles, CA. SCALE 7x
will be an excellent venue to showcase all the hard work going into the

That plug-in has nothing to do with GAP, the GIMP Animation Plug-In. It
is bundled in the standard set of plug-ins that ship with GIMP.
