aha i think i figure it out. the bumping only occurs into the withe
area of the layer mask thing :) (big lamp above my head :)

They do have a precompiled version of gimp 2.2. Go to
www.linuxpackages.net and get the .tgz.

I downloaded the precompiled version of Gimp 2.0.6 from the Slackware-current
archives, downloaded the 2.0.6 help files, installed them and now Gimp has
help files, including a limited amount of context-sensitive help. Hooray!
The default help-browser is Mozilla, which is a royal pain. I freque

not work, or I am not able to use it. I remember I use it with previus
gimp versions.
I try to use red_eyes.scm but reduce "red" channel to all picture, not

and crop the result?
You will have the screenshot loaded on the GIMP not on some dummy
viewer after all.
