I did a quick compile of Pawel T. Jochym's new RawPhoto 1.18, and

Use the Path Tool (and don't forget to open the Paths dialog to be
able to deal weith it properly).
Pinpoint your needed coordinates as nodes of a path, and them save
that path to disk.
It will be in SVG format (for gimp>=2.0 ) , but the coordinates can be
read inside there.
