Lately the course has been changed; it was decided that our journey

Hi again all.
This is getting amusing, almost...
Before you read on, there's an important part that you shouldn't
miss about 3 paragraphs down... make sure to read it before you

Hello ML,
some fonts are not filled with an solid color, but have regular
gradient patterns instead. (I could send a screenshot to the list, but

Helvetica, Lucida, New Century Schoolbook etc. whereas other fonts

Hi all,
I sent a mail to the list earlier (subject "State of play, and
stage 2" or something similar), around 11am, and it still hasn't

there a problem with the list?
If this gets through, then don't mind me :)
Cheers,
Dave.

Hi again,
There are now only about 25 bugs with the -- milestone - thanks
to everyone who filtered these, there were several people
involved, in the end about 10 people helped filter these bugs in
the past couple of days. Thanks guys.
Anyway, before this starts sounding too American (apologies t
While there is possibly no pluign to make this automatically - i.e.
finding parts of one image that matches in the other image,
the GIMP interface gives you the possiblity to make this in a
pretty straightforward way:
1- open the images you want to join;
2 - create a new image, with a large enough

Greetings
Take your pick of the flavour of plugin from the above - whatever its
called I can't find any basic instruction on how to use it with the gimp.
Is there a really simple starter documented somewhere that doesn't
immediately wander off into the Windows PhotoShop version of the plugin

There is "different" missing in the sentence above. You will know

No. It could mean that you are running out of disk space or that you
hit a bug in gimp-1.2. What version are you using?

what does 'unable to seek to tile location on disk: 22' mean ?
