I had added a custom projection but gave it a different # in the properties
file. Something seems to be messed up with my workspace. I pointed geoserver at
a new data directory and added the custom projection with the number you
provided, I was then able to view the image mosaic. Thanks
I see, bummer on PostGIS not being an option. Although depending on how
large the dataset is and how frequent the updates, that could become a
problem with Postgres. Or really any relational DB backed datastore,
including SQLite or H2.
