FYI, i've found 'emerge -pvuUD world' is 7-9% faster on my machines when I
compare 3.10 to 3.11b4.
To achieve this i've added '*/* PYTHON_TARGETS: -* python3_10 python3_11'
to package.use on my ~arch systems, then run 'emerge -avuUD portage'. At
the end of this python-exec.conf contains;
python3.1
