In my /etc/conf.d/clock file I have these relevant settings:
CLOCK="local"
TIMEZONE="America/New_York"
CLOCK_SYSTOHC="yes"
it's a dual boot (XP & gentoo) workstation.
I had to set the time manually to adjust for the 1 hour
shift. Shouldn't this be automatic?
What did I miss?
