So your /proc/bus/pccard is also missing the two digit files aka:
% ls -l /proc/bus/pccard
total 0
dr-xr-xr-x2 root root0 Jun 2 13:13 00
dr-xr-xr-x2 root root0 Jun 2 13:13 01
dr-xr-xr-x2 root root0 Jun 2 1
