this page shows that the 2.6.15-r1 is availiable for x86 and amd64
gentoo-sources-2.6.15-r1
~alpha amd64 arm ppc ppc64 ~sparc x86
check if the 2.6 kernel is masked.. maybe sync again
though it's weird that all the other versions are masked .
