which i can manually set to something else that's not in the drop down

The later failed and googling showed that I should use instead

Merging pcmciautils required merging dev-util/yacc.
I don't know why it wouldn't accept bison.

I want to run webmail add-on on thunderbird with a wheel user. The system
doesn't allow the webmail to open at port below 1024. Any open port above 1024

You don't open ports. You let users run apps that open ports.
