I have moved PC's from 'hardened/linux/amd64' to
'default/linux/amd64/17.0/hardened' and 'hardened/linux/amd64/selinux'
to 'default/linux/amd64/17.0/hardened/selinux' and found it necessary to
add the following use flags to avoid countless re-emerges:
