lmctl's upstream is dead, and its fork is now called lomoco (supporting
new mice etc)
I have masked lmctl and if noone objects it will go away in the next two
weeks or so..

on /etc/apache2/apache-builtin-mods -- is very aweful, especially for binary
packages.
