Please remember to delete the superseded releases from
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/tephra/
AFAICT, all the existing releases under that directory can be deleted
once 0.12.0 has been released and announced (by which time it should
be on the mirrors)
In fact all but 0.11.0
