With helping this proposal achieving a favourable outcome, may I suggest to
do some - albeit subtle (we don't it to be regarded as spam) - promotion
addressed at the Apache Spark community. Spark is AKKA based, and AKKA is a
heavy Gossip user. Maybe some promotion targeted at the AKKa comm
