Hi,
So it turns out the podling was (rightly) confused because there’s no mention
of that requirement here [1], but it is listed here [3].
If there’s no objections I’ll replace:

With the following:

The reporting schedule can be modified (if needed) in the podlings.xml file.

I am probably on a similar situation with a new podling that I delayed the

I'm a mentor on a brand new podling. The report template should have been
generated on 8/29, the day before this podling was accepted into the
incubator. Yet for some reason, they had a report due. I'm not actually

we've just graduated, we're not sure if we need to submit a final report,
or just focus on our own first TLP report.
Any guidance here?

Hi all,
As Apache Shiro has graduated to a TLP, the post graduation guidelines
[1] indicate that now is a good time to be removed from the Incubator
reporting schedule.
How do we ensure that we are removed?

Even though Apache Click has graduated from the incubator (and still
hasn't landed on http://click.apache.org), they are still in our
reporting schedule. I've removed them from the 2009 report wiki. Is
there something else that needs to be taken care off?

Preferably by the Mentors doing the project setup. The annoying part is
that they must do it in at least two places if not more.

It seems to me a task for the IPMC Chair, but as far as I am concerned
any IPMC member could take on this responsibility. This would mimic
the way reporting is handled for graduated project.
