Given they get downloaded/installed by default when build
Justin,
None of these libraries are required for the project. I think they are
detected as a transitive dependency through NLPCraft core project itself
and Stanford CoreNLP library (which itself is an optional add-on the core
project).

Hi,
-1 (binding)
Everything else looks fine but you may have GPL dependancies [1][2] Can you
confirm if this is or is not the case, and are these optional? [3]
I checked:
- incubating in names
- signatures and hashes are fine
- DISCLAIMER exits
- LICENSE and NOTICE are good
- No unexpected bin
I think we are lacking one more IPMC vote for this to be released. Can
someone review this release and vote?
Thank you,

Hi,
+1 from me (binding, carrying over my vote).
I checked:
- Incubating in name
- DISCLAIMER exists
- LICENSE and NOTICE are fine
- No unexpected binary files
- Checked PGP signatures
- Checked Checksums
- Code compiles and tests successfully run
- Apache rat checks are OK
Kind Regards,
Furkan
