I use 'next month' because it's overloaded for a few different types
in the main committee-info.txt file. It means: New projects, projects
who report monthly always, projects whose last month implied a need to
report again this month and projects who failed to report last month.

In this incubator-info.txt I think it is more clear when one doesn't
reference to 'next month' for podlings that need to report each month.
Better:
New podlings reporting each month:
- wicket (october, november, december)
- UIMA (october, november, december)
- ivy (november?, december, januari)

to anyone. Reports are due on or by Friday. Yes, THIS FRIDAY.

That is my understanding as well, although I'm not clear on which
projects are in which group or what each group's reporting
