Interesting the reporting tool also lists the incubator, which given a view of
all the podlings over the last 3 months.
There’s some nice stats in there:
Currently 1823 committers and 221 PMC members.

Incubator PMC report for July 2015
The Apache Incubator is the entry path into the ASF for projects and
codebases wishing to become part of the Foundation's efforts.
