Thanks Leo! That gives us our three binding votes (we received no -1 or 0
votes); I just pushed out the release artifacts to the dist area and updated
the pivot site to point to the 1.2 release.

There is one issue with this release that has been discussed; Package
names are "pivot" and not "org.apache.pivot".
