Hi, Indeed, I have read the incubation proposal guide. The only thing I could not figure out is how to recruit a champion. However, after re-reading the guide, I missed something. I should have prefixed the subject of the mail with [PROPOSAL]. So I am resending the proposal with the proper subject.
