the Apache Cloudberry proposal. I believe this project presents a crucial

I’ve wondered for many years if the decision to do IP CLEARANCE in the
Incubator is the best choice for the Foundation. The whole recording is an
arcane xml/forrest based process that is nearly 20 years old.
It hasn’t been a burning issue for me, but I wonder.
