The vote to release Apache Hop (incubating) 0.50 - RC2 has *failed*.
Working items for next candidate:
- add DISCLAIMER-WIP
- cleanup headers
- check if NOTICE needs update
- try and minimize RAT excludes
- remove Category B code or mention in DISCLAIMER/LICENSE
