All,
Infra recently started leveraging hipchat. A few PMCs have made use of
it. I was wondering, would it be beneficial to anyone if we setup an
incubator room in hipchat?

Hi,

No problem. BTW rat didn’t catch it I assume because of the Apache header at
the top of the file.
This sort of issue it hard to catch via automated tools, for instance some 3rd
party software is dual licensed under GPL and Apache so just search for “GPL”
Not sure why but I have lost my wiki account and just recreated one
(DonaldSzeto). Would someone please give me write access? Thanks!

If your changes were lost, may be able to find them here.

All,
There was an issue with the moin-moin wiki this morning. Infra resolved it
via migration, however several revisions of the report were lost (about 15
of them). Please double check the reports and repost anything lost.
I apologize for any inconvenience.
John
If you don't mind, please repost it. Infra emailed out about some issues
w/ the moin moin wiki server. Its been replaced, and looks like a little
bit of data loss occurred.

Yesterday I thought I updated
https://wiki.apache.org/incubator/November2016 for Fluo. However today
I do not see those changes. I don't even see my changes in the pages
edit log. I did save it and others saw the changes afterwards.

Hi, can you please grant me write access to the wiki for updating a board
report?
My username is MarkGrover.
And, I am not on this list, so if you make sure I am cc'ed back on your
response, I'd appreciate that. Thanks!

Apache RAT helps a lot - at least to find files which hasn't got a
license header - but also manual grep for "Copyright", "License",
"GPL" etc. Some of these will require you to update your LICENSE or
NOTICE files.
Then you would have to go through binary files and check their origin,
e.g. PNGs f
Thanks for catching this Justin!
I just checked and this same issue was also present in the Streams
0.3-incubating release, so we overlooked it the previous time as well.
We'll fix these and then come back with a new release candidate.
