This brings up a good point. Please make sure you are consulting published
artifacts to identify binding votes - don't rely on the poster to state
that they are or are not binding.

Keith's comment shows the importance of labels in the issue tracker (which
is a known limitation in ASF's use of GitHub issues) to try to reach out to
