podling dev lists manually tomorrow.
If anybody has time to fiddle with the script, it's here:

Hello,
This vote is now closed and it has passed with 5 binding IPMC +1.
There were no -1 votes, and no 0 votes.
We now have the required number of positive binding votes and will
therefore proceed with publishing this release.
Thank you all for voting!

+1 from me (binding):
SIGS, checksums pass. One recommendation: have the release managers
put their GPG keys in id.apache.org, then it will be present in:
https://people.apache.org/keys/group/mrql.asc
And no need to maintain a KEYS file.

3.8 --> Follow TLP recommendations and guidelines.
3.9 --> Follow TLP recommendations and guidelines.
i.e. what is now written in 3.11 will cover these three points and can be
removed.

Hi,
according to:
http://incubator.apache.org/guides/pmc.html
I added the newly elected committer axemclion to the incubator group.
He was already committer, so he couldn't be added to the group by infra.
Thanks,
Christian

Hi Niclas!
First of all: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-9195
Hopefully INFRA will respond soon so we can all collaborate
on the content. At this point I've started the documentation to
the level of details currently on Incubator pages.
