[general] SVN freeze on Tuesday 9 July 2015

Hi, Arabeyes SVN repos will be freezed on Tuesday 9 July 2015, starting from 07:00 AM UTC. All repos will be converted into Git repos, and svn.arabeyes.org will be turned off in preparation for git.arabeyes.org to go up. An annoucement will follow then on the state of the git repos and the new git
