Regarding the definition of 'structured privilege'... I ascertained that
'structured privilege' entered the story at v05 of rpsec_gssv3 so I
trawled through the nfsv4 mail archive around the time of -05's genesi
One point that I noticed when looking at the HTML version, is that there
are a number of comments still in the document that showed up in the
HTML version... Just checking that you are happy that these have been
