Hello, I try to generate a footprint for transistor TO92 as a simple one for start every thing went well, exception when I convert to element the arc was not converted, it disappear from the drawing. I appreciate if some body can tell me what I am doing wrong, thank you ___

I have just installed geda suite from CDROM 20070221. When I open a terminal window, PATH contains geda-install/bin and LD_LIBRARY_PATH holds geda-install/lib. Now when I start > gschem from within this window, I do get a working sheet. When I do add -> component a list of libraries comes up, but
