On NetBDS 10 amd64, I locally updated pkgsrc, and gdal-lib, py-gdal
(bindings split package), and qgis all built without issues, and the
resulting qgis, when run on a project with a lot of layers of
3.9.2rc1 looks good from the Rasterio perspective:
