So here's the patch that reverts the special enum handling in
type_to_string and uses %q#T instead of %qT for two casting-related
diagnostics.
Bootstrapped and regtested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.
OK for trunk?
The "E {enum}'" notation is still on trunk so it seems that this
patch has never been
