I noticed that while OMP_DEFAULT_DEVICE was updated a ref to
OMP_TARGET_OFFLOAD (→ mandatory case) was missing. And
OMP_TARGET_OFFLOAD wasn't updated at all for those changes.
I hope the new version is clearer.
