[PATCH test]Refine test string for scev-8.c

Hi, Dump information of IVOPT has been improved, but scanning string in gcc.dg/tree-ssa/scev-8.c was left over because it appears as PASS. This patch changes test string to what should be tested. Test result checked. This is an obvious change. Thanks, bin gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog 2016-07-14 B
