gcc17 is now up and running again and local admins
gave me the UPS configuration so I should be able
to power cycle the gcc16 and gcc17 machines remotely
in case it's needed.

Very likely a power cut, gcc15 and gcc16 came back online but not
gcc17, I'm pinging local admins.

area on gcc16 is empty.
