I was doing a few builds until a few minutes back on gcc16 and that
appeared to be alright .I wasn't doing much other than some
cross-builds and that appeared to be working

I was trying to get lto building on gcc16 but it appears as though
libelf-dev is missing . It's missing gelf.h . Could this be installed
please ? Do I need to file a ticket for this ? If so, I will do so .
