Hi, I use gcc12 for GCC development, but since this change: http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2012-04/msg01784.html I cannot debug GCC. It requires gdb >= 7.0 and the current version if 6.4. Is it possible to update the debugger there or should I install my own version? Cheers, Manuel. __

Hi, I use gcc12 for GCC development, but since this change: http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2012-04/msg01784.html I cannot debug GCC. It requires gdb >= 7.0 and the current version is 6.4. Is it possible to update the debugger there or should I install my own version? Cheers, Manuel. __
