Pretty much the same result.
I did
make dist-clean
mkdir Linux-x64
cd Linux-x64
../configure -with-gmp=/usr/local --with-mpfr=/usr/local --with-mpc=/usr/local
and it still failed wit similar errors trying t

What happens if you build in a different directory than the source directory?
