i reproduce err with #134344.
1. pre condition
'svnversion -n' print 134340
'gcc -v' print 134340
'g++ -v' print 134339
2. gcc_update. Update to #134344. No files has changed.
3. make install
'gcc -v' print 134344
'g++ -

I don't have this problem:

Using built-in specs.
