g++ 4.8.2 on intel-Linux regress again. DW_TAG_rvalue_reference_type did not
get generated.
g++ 4.8.2 on intel Solaris is broken too.
g++ 4.9.0 works on intel-Linux but not on intel Solaris.

g++ 4.8.1 on Linux fixed the problem, but problem still exists in g++ 4.8.1 on
solaris.
