Just checked out "trunk" (rev 110142), it seems ok indeed. I even tried
to instantiate the generic package with a dummy interface, it worked.

Could you check again on trunk ? there have been lots of fixes in
handling of interfaces and this PR is likely fixed now.

Not a regression: 4.0 simply did not support/recognize interfaces, so
what you are getting is really ana Ada 95 error message.
Code looks valid Ada 2005 at first sight, so removing keyword.
