OK - with --enable-languages=c the 20080201 snapshot built OK and compiles
bzip2 with -ftree-parallelize-loops=4 successfully, once I'

Preprocessed version of decompress.c from Bzip2 1.0.4
The required .i file from Bzip2 1.0.4 that causes th
t: 1,610,483 bytes in 6,863 blocks.
==24343== malloc/free: 400,193 allocs, 393,330 frees, 193,077,769 bytes
allocated.
I will attach the .i file and .s file (which is truncated very early at 192
bytes).
