It may be better to rsync the whole archive

Hello, I just read over the incremental compiler project on the gcc
wiki...and I am excited to try to finish it. I am just wondering if
it is even wanted anymore because it is 7-8 years old. Does anybody
know if this project is wanted anymore?
Snapshot gcc-4.9-20150902 is now available on
ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/snapshots/4.9-20150902/
and on various mirrors, see http://gcc.gnu.org/mirrors.html for details.
This snapshot has been generated from the GCC 4.9 SVN branch
with the following options: svn://gcc.gnu.org/svn/gcc/branches
