A sequel just means the next game in a series. For example, Super Liam
2 would be the sequel of Super Liam 1. Note, I am not talking about
version numbers but a new game called Super Liam 2 that would pick up
the story where Super Liam 1 ended.

No, it is not. Super Liam was a game for the PC. Mainly Windows XP,
but can be played on newer Windows if you fiddle with installing the
dependencies.
