No, there is no license for X-Wheel. Just install the game and play
it. No license key or special files required to play assuming you get
the version on Damien's site.

Even easier. I have such a program to digitally capture output from the sound
card. Total Recorder. So I can just play the game without my voice being picked
up at all. Hope this is ok?

That makes sense. I would probably have done the same thing if I were
trying to sell a game commercially that might get me into trouble over
copyright issues. As it is the sounds you selected are good just not
as nostalgic as those I remember from the show. Either way I am happy

I agree. X-Wheel is a very good game. Definitely better than the other
Wheel of Fortune game floating around. The only thing I don't like
about X-Wheel is I can not swap out the sounds for the actual sounds
from the US game show.
