That is weird that it won't read in Windows 7 maybe you need to upgrade
the laptop to windows 10 but if you don't want too then you don't have

No one thing I did do was go to www.gammon.com.au/files/mushclient and
download the latest executable which is the highest numbered file
mushclient xxx where x is a number from 0 to I think it was 500 but I am
not sure of that now.

Hi, My apologies for previous message. Accidently hit enter. I have
recently installed mush-z on my laptop, but JAWS is not reading the
output window. Is there something I'm missing. I installed mush-z on
my desktop with no issues. What can be the issue? Any advice

Hi,
I solved the problem by re-installing mush-z inthe program files (x86)
folder rather than in my home folder. I'm thinking along the lines of
foreign characters. Since I am Swedish, the home folder of my Windows
version is per default named Ägaren, which is Swedish for Owner. Maybe
mush-z d
The only thing that comes to mind is if you installed it as
administrator or something like that. I don't really know how windows
10 handles its permissions. Sorry :(

current version of the Mush-Z site and put it up on one of our archive
servers. The DNS has been changed to make that the official mush-z
site until Oriol gets back.

This is a fix for the new version of mushz's riposte error,
provided by athlon. You need to extract the archive into your
mush-z folder, so that it asks you to replace files. Say yes as
often as needed, and riposte should have a sound, as well as not
error.

Alter Aeon MUD

Hi list.
When using Mush-Z to play Alter Aeon, and I move in a particular
direction, it moves 2 rooms with each key stroke.
How do I change this?

I'm pretty certain .ogg and .wav files work well at the same
time. I've got a few wavs for alteraeon set up, and the majority
of the soundpack is .ogg. There's a special plugin to play the
ogg files though, so that could be part of it.

The sound is pretty easy. There is a set of buttons near ok,
they look like a standard find file window. Just brows to the
file you want. As far as substituting text goes, I'm not sure. I
know it can be done, I'm just not sure how.
